"Mediation - A Practical Guide for Lawyers"

It's finally here! Marjorie has written this comprehensive and (as it says on the tin) practical guidance on the mediation process. While her book is aimed primarily at lawyers, it's also really useful for those seeking practical information about choosing and using mediation. The Guide shows you what to look for in a mediator, what role a lawyer plays, how to advise others about mediation and much more. Our work with Dundee University goes from strength to strength. As well as lecturing for the LL.M in International Dispute Resolution, both Marjorie and Tom taught students on the Diploma in Legal Practice course this year. It was gratifying to work with enthusiastic future lawyers who took the opportunity to include negotiation and mediation as part of their module options.
